What we offer you
- A first assessment between professionals, free of charge. Outline the case in general terms and we will tell you whether it has criminal law implications and falls within our specialism.
- Your client remains your client. We act only on the criminal side; everything else stays with you.
- Coordinated work. If the matter has tax, employment, corporate or insolvency aspects, we work with you, not in parallel.
- Updates on the progress of the matter, with your client’s authorisation.

How we work
- Contact between professionals. Write to us by WhatsApp or email, identifying yourself as a professional. At this first stage we do not need your client’s details.
- Assessment. We tell you whether the matter has criminal law implications, whether it falls within our specialism and whether any conflict of interest prevents us from acting.
- Consultation with your client. With the lawyer who would handle the case, under the terms of service published on this website. If your client wishes, you may attend.
- Instruction and coordination. If your client instructs us, we coordinate with you on everything within your field and keep you informed, with your client’s authorisation.
Our commitments
- Professional secrecy over everything you and your client tell us.
- Loyalty to the referring professional: we do not offer your client services outside criminal law.
- Independence: we defend your client’s interests. If at any point those interests could affect your own professional conduct, we will tell you clearly from the outset.
- Transparency, in accordance with the Code of Conduct of the Spanish Bar and other professional rules.
